A Memorable Teacher

I think this topic is very interesting just based on the fact that students’ memories of teachers are usually for either very good reasons or very bad reasons. My most vivid memories of teachers are probably from elementary school. I cannot pin point one specific teacher, but I seem to remember the majority of my teachers for a reason- they all seemed to genuinely care for me. I don’t know if it was because of the nurturing environment or the comfort of being in one classroom, but I can recall certain aspects from every elementary class I was in. Whether it was singing my heart out in music, or feeling like I was on top of the world because I could name each of the 50 states during a social studies lesson- elementary school holds fond memories for me. I hope to create those types of memories for my own students one day.
